Recommended Steps

1. Attend an annual enrollment meeting at your facility, if offered.
2. Review the 2026 Benefits Annual Enrollment brochure to learn about your options and what’s changing for next year:
   • Bargained Hourly employee version or
   • Management and Support employee version
3. Enroll in your 2026 benefits through the Caterpillar Benefits Center by Nov. 12:
   • Phone: 1-833-735-2127 (or 1-312-748-9988 outside of the U.S.)
   • Online: CatHealthEnrollment.bswift.com (or log in with your CWS ID)
   • Mobile app: Download the bswift benefits app from your favorite app store
