It makes good business sense to plan for any scenario - including a work stoppage - that may impact operations and our customer commitments.. As we approach negotiations, we will bargain in good faith and hope to avoid a work stoppage, but that is still a possibility that requires planning.
Our intention is to be prepared to meet our long-standing commitments to our customers. This is no different than how we plan for other potential business disruptions.
That's why we have taken steps to prepare a contingent workforce made up of support, management and contract workers should a work stoppage occur.
