People

Those who inspire others tend to be committed, passionate and courageous enough to make a difference in the world. Look across our enterprise and you’ll see it everywhere.

From employees who are building lifetime careers doing work that matters while giving back to their communities, to dealers helping rebuild storm-ravaged neighborhoods, to customers laying the foundation for infrastructure in remote villages – our people are empowered to build what matters.

There are big jobs to be done in the world – and we’re up to the task. A better world means a sustainable planet with robust infrastructure, accessible energy, and thriving economies where people and families prosper.
