We provide our Country-by-Country Report (CBCR) in accordance with the EU’s Public CBCR Directive (EU) 2021/2101 which introduces mandatory public reporting requirements for multinational enterprises (MNEs) operating within the European Union, such as Caterpillar Inc. The aggregated financial data includes intercompany transactions which get eliminated in our consolidated financial statements. Therefore, the CBCR data will appear different from what is reported in our Annual Report and SEC filings. Caterpillar remains committed to compliance and transparency in all jurisdictions where it operates.
