Stephanie A. Baughman

Stephanie Baughman is a senior vice president of Caterpillar Inc., responsible for the Global Finance Services Division. In this role, she leads corporate finance functions, including corporate accounting, corporate financial planning and analysis, and global business services. Baughman also leads business finance functions, including segment and divisional financial planning & analysis, economics, pricing, indirect procurement, corporate real estate, and global facilities.

Baughman joined Caterpillar in 2003 and has held several accounting positions of increasing responsibility throughout the Global Finance function and within the Caterpillar business. She most recently served as vice president & global financial controller and spent time as vice president & general manager of Retail Electric Power Solutions, vice president & group CFO for Power & Energy, and vice president of Indirect Procurement. Baughman assumed leadership of the Global Finance Services Division in 2026.

Baughman earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in business administration from Bradley University. She is also a certified management accountant.
