Jaime Mineart serves as chief technology officer and senior vice president at Caterpillar Inc., where she leads the company's Cat Technology division. In this role, she is responsible for driving the development and integration of advanced technology solutions across Caterpillar’s global product portfolio.
Her team is at the forefront of advancing machine and site autonomy and automation - enhancing productivity, efficiency, and safety across customer operations worldwide. Jaime also oversees enterprise-wide initiatives in innovation, research and development, manufacturing automation, and advanced materials, ensuring Caterpillar continues to lead the industry in technological excellence and engineering innovation.
Prior to her current appointment, Mineart was senior vice president of Electric Power Division. This organization provides global leadership for the electric power generation business, creating energy outcomes for customers through gensets, renewable energy assets, power optimization solutions and aftermarket services.
Mineart graduated from Purdue with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
