Carmen M. Kamgaing

Carmen Kamgaing is a senior vice president of Caterpillar Inc., responsible for EAME Distribution, overseeing the alignment and performance of Cat^® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Eurasia (EAME).

Since joining Caterpillar in 2017, Kamgaing has held a series of leadership positions across strategy, distribution, sales and marketing. Most recently, she served as vice president for customer relationship management in Mining. She has also served as vice president of Africa Distribution and vice president of Building Construction Products (BCP), where she helped drive business growth and strengthen dealer and customer engagement across key markets.

Prior to joining Caterpillar, Kamgaing spent nearly two decades in supply chain manufacturing, as well as program and account management. Her international career spans across North America, Europe, China and Africa, where she successfully expanded businesses and developed retail-centric business models.

Kamgaing holds a degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada and biology degree from the University of Liille II, France.
