U.S. Inbound Assignees

ID cards are available online through the Cigna Envoy® portal or via the Cigna Envoy mobile app. Beginning Nov. 20, 2024, Cigna Envoy will no longer mail ID cards to participants.

You will have 31 days from the effective date of the change to add/remove dependents from your health care coverage. To begin the process, contact the Caterpillar Health Enrollment Center: 1-833-735-2127 (within the U.S.) or 1-312-763-9778 (outside of the U.S.). Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. U.S. Central time.

The International Assistance Program (IAP) is confidential service for assignees and their members that offers outreach, counseling, coaching and other supportive services. IAP counseling and consultation services are available either by phone or through face-to-face appointments. IAP is free of charge and completely confidential.
