Vision Plan Summary
You may use any provider you want, but you’ll pay less if you use one of the 37,000 VSP Premier Program providers. In addition, VSP in-network providers will submit claims on your behalf. Here’s a summary of your in-network vision benefits.
No ID card
VSP doesn’t issue ID cards. Instead, just tell your provider that you have VSP, or print a paper card at vsp.com.
Using your VSP benefits
Using your VSP benefit is easy. There’s no ID card, and you don’t need to submit claim forms when you use a network provider. Just follow these steps:

Mid-Year Changes
If you experience a qualified life event (e.g., get married or divorced, have a baby, or if your spouse gains or loses employment), you may be able to add or drop coverage for you and/or your dependents — as long as you make the change within 31 days of the event. Contact the Caterpillar Health Enrollment Center to get started.
