Caterpillar offers prescription drug benefits that include retail, specialty, and mail order/home delivery options. 

Active Employees and Certain Retirees

• Blue Cross Blue Shield National participants
• Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP) participants (UHC Consumer Choice or UHC Consumer Max)
• UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus PPO participants who are:
  • Active employees
  • Retired Production Hourly who retired after: Central Labor Agreement - 4/1/2011, Joliet - 8/20/2012 and Mapleton Patternmakers - 10/1/2012
  • Retired Production Hourly on the management plan

Prescription Drug Benefit information can be found on Prime Therapeutics Member Portal for certain production hourly retirees who are in a plan administered by UnitedHealthcare AND who retired before:

• Central Labor Agreement - 4/1/2011 (who are not in the management plan)
• Joliet - 8/20/2012 
• Mapleton Patternmakers - 10/1/2012
