You have the freedom to visit any licensed dentist, but you’ll pay less if you use a provider in Cigna’s network. A routine cleaning and check-up are covered 100% when you use an in-network provider.

Mid-year changes

If you experience a qualified life event (e.g., get married or divorced, have a baby, or if your spouse gains or loses employment), you may be able to add or drop coverage for you and/or your dependents — as long as you make the change within 31 days of the event.
