Digital & IT Development Program  

Caterpillar’s Digital & IT Development Program provides recent college graduates the opportunity to advance their technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple areas of the business. Program participants have three one-year rotations during their time in the program. This allows program participants to diversify their technical skills and build their professional network. 

We need talent with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or IT degree related degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 on 4.0 scale (without rounding)
• Previous technical internship or work experience outside of classroom setting
• Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to take initiative
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated customer focus
• Experience in computer software applications or programming languages/technologies
