Finance Leadership Development Program
Equipping the next generation of leaders
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an entry-level program for full-time U.S. based finance/treasury employees, offering exciting challenges, rewarding relationships and impactful professional development opportunities.
The Experience
- Finance focused roles: Including three 9-24 month rotations of increasing responsibility across multiple functions to establish a strong foundation for a career in finance/treasury
- Mentorship: Offering fresh perspectives to foster professional and personal growth
- Professional development: Intentionally focused on finance competencies, data aptitude, Cat® product and leadership skills, in addition to on-the-job functional experience
Opportunities
- Variety of experiences (cash management; corporate funding; corporate insurance; employee benefit funds; foreign exchange; commodities; investor relations; supplier finance; treasury technology)
- Facility tours, case competition, networking and curated development curriculum
- Program positions in Peoria, IL, Irving, TX and Nashville, TN
Requirements
- Finance, economics or other business or technology major with a minimum of 18 hours of finance courses
- Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both finance and cumulative GPA)
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills
- Mobility is expected
