Caterpillar is compiling the data for its first United Kingdom (U.K.) Gender Pay Gap Report, which will include the data of Caterpillar UK Ltd., Perkins Engines Company Ltd. and Progress Rail Services UK Ltd. and has the intention to publish the Report as soon as it is ready in 2018.
Caterpillar welcomes the opportunity to publish this report following The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. Under this legislation that came into force in April 2017, U.K. employers with more than 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap. This report will not involve publishing individual employees data, but only aggregated data.
