TURNING HARD WORK INTO YELLOW GOLD

From the production line to the showcase floor, Team Leads Audrey Freeman and Saira Friedrich give us the 2017 CONEXPO scoop from customers, dealers and senior leadership.

Audrey (right) and Saira (left) got the chance to chat all things yellow with CEO Jim Umpleby.

Construction Industries Group President Bob De Lange was one of the first to welcome Audrey and Saira to CONEXPO.

Caterpillar fans were everywhere! Audrey and Saira shared some stories with a Caterpillar customer at breakfast. She couldn't wait to see our equipment in action!

On International Women’s Day, Audrey (middle) and Saira (left) joined fellow Caterpillar and Cashman Equipment Co. teammates for a tour of Cashman’s corporate headquarters.

At Caterpillar, international trade shows like CONEXPO are a big deal. We understand the importance of being front and center when the industries we serve get together to showcase the very best. And why not? When the world talks about construction and infrastructure, there’s nobody like Caterpillar to lead the conversation. So we spend a great deal of time and effort putting our best foot forward for our customers and the world to see.

Once again, our company’s presence at CONEXPO 2017 did not disappoint. And there to watch their hard work turn into yellow glamour and glitz was North Little Rock, Arkansas Team Lead Audrey Freeman and Victoria, Texas Team Lead Saira Friedrich. Not only were they able to talk with customers, they visited our Cashman Equipment Co. dealership and went one on one with Earthmoving’s Vice President Karl Weiss and Excavation’s Vice President Zach Kauk.

Watch the full videos to get the scoop on their first impressions, customer feedback and share their pride and excitement in building some of the world’s best machines.
