To help earn money for food and rent near Jakarta, Indonesia, Anindya enrolled in EquipYouth, a program launched by the International Youth Foundation (IYF), with support from the Caterpillar Foundation in 2012. The program teaches students essential life skills such as teamwork, time management and goal setting. Within weeks of completing the life skills training, Anindya accepted an offer for a clerical position at a technical company, PT Sharp Indonesia. She is one of more than 900 students to date who have benefited from the program in Indonesia.
