EquipYouth Helps Orphan in China Land Job

Sheng Gaoyuan lost both of his parents at 16. Sheng Gaoyuan enrolled in an EquipYouth training program to make a better future for himself. There he received electrical and mechanical maintenance training, life skills training based on International Youth Foundation's signature Passport to Success® curriculum and a paid internship. Sheng secured a job in the city with additional job placement support. Today, at 22, Sheng works with a property management company in Zhenghzou earning a steady monthly income. In the future, he hopes to own his own business in property management.
