In a recent talk with female leaders from our industries, dealers and the Caterpillar organization, Global Marketing and Brand Director Victoria Morrissey talks about the importance of building a brand (both personal and global), how you must know your truth, and when she first learned her core truth.

After making a personal decision to step back in her career to focus on her family, Victoria had come to the realization that as much as she needed her career she needed her kids more, and when she made the decision to re-enter the workforce she was filled with a series of emotions which included, fear doubt and second guessing – but now, nearly a decade later she was provided with an opportunity to lead “the greatest purpose drive brand in the world, so not only had I not failed, I had used every experience along the way to strengthen my resolve on the first tenant of my brand, which is follow your truth – even when it is at odds with what you are doing.”
