Product Development track

The Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) - Product Development track includes design, validation, simulation and product support engineers working in research and development, new product introduction and continuous improvement. Over 12 to 18 months, you will rotate between assignments that will grow and develop your career.

During the program, you will foster your technical and leadership skills through integrated foundational training, as well as coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. When you complete your last rotation, you will return to your hiring organization for a three to five-year assignment.

We look for engineers who have:

  • Minimum GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (no rounding)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in (but not limited to): Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering (fluid dynamics or structural focus), Agricultural Engineering (powertrain focus), Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Software Engineering
  • Passion for leadership and technology
  • Strong communication skills
