Current opportunities

1. Returning Professionals Development Program (RPDP) - Design Engineer: This is a design and/or analysis position in the Earthmoving Division with 2 possible locations depending on the candidate’s preference. Locations include Aurora, IL or East Peoria, IL. The candidate will be involved in product development on Cat Machines component & system design which include Medium Wheel Loaders and Track Type Tractors. Potential systems include: hydraulic installation, electrical integration, structures or engine installation and cooling.

2. Returning Professionals Development Program (RPDP) - Engineer: This is an aftertreatment design and development position within the Industrial Power Systems Division located in Mossville, IL. The candidate will be involved in aftertreatment design and development of systems for regulated markets where aftertreatment is required to meet emissions requirements.

3. Returning Professionals Development Program (RPDP) - Engineer: This is an engine component design or analysis position in the Industrial Power Systems Division located in Mossville, IL. The candidate will be involved in product design and development on 7.2L – 18L Cat engines.
