Gwenne Henricks is vice president of Product Development & Global Technology. Henricks is also chief technology officer.

Since joining Caterpillar in 1981, she has held numerous positions, including junior engineer, design engineer, senior design engineer, supervising engineer, BHL engineering manager, division manager of Systems and Controls Research, 6 Sigma Deployment Champion, WW Undercarriage Product Manager, general manager Specialty Products Business Unit, general manager Cat® Electronics, vice president Electronics and Connected Worksite Division and vice president Industrial Power Systems Division. In 2012 the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Henricks vice president of Product Development & Global Technology, and chief technology officer.

Henricks, a native of Illinois, graduated from Bradley University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in physics, in 1981 with a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering and in 2003 from the University of Illinois with a master’s in business administration. In 1996 she also completed the Managing Engineering Design and Development Program at Carnegie Bosch Institute, Carnegie Mellon University.

She is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers and the Bradley University Engineering Advisory Committee.
