Pricing/Revenue Management
Caterpillar Pricing professionals help our enterprise and global dealers capture the value built into our products and solutions through pricing and revenue management actions. We hire exceptional individuals who demonstrate strong analytical skills including the ability to develop conclusions from data analysis as an individual contributor and in team environments. The Pricing and Revenue Management organization provides several avenues to build a successful Professional Pricing career including internships, full time rotational assignments and cross-functional developmental positions. Domestic and international relocation is possible as one's leadership skills and technical knowledge develops, with many positions requiring some travel. Current Students and Recent College Graduates Caterpillar offers machine, engine and parts pricing internships for current students as well as a Professional Development Program for recent college graduates. Recent college graduates enter a one year Pricing Professional development rotational program designed to prepare participants for continued success in leading pricing and revenue management activities with virtually all areas of Team Caterpillar, including marketing, accounting, purchasing, engineering, legal and manufacturing.
