- We have all felt stress in our work lives. Tell me about work-related situations that cause stress for you. How do you typically handle such stress?
- Tell me about the most challenging change you've faced at work. What did you do and what were the results?
- Describe a situation when you saw a problem and took action to correct it rather than waiting for someone else to do it. What action did you take? What prompted you to take action and what were the results of your action?
