For Caterpillar Employee and Retiree tickets, please present your ID at the ticket counter.

Caterpillar Visitors Center ticket vouchers make great gifts and are available for purchase at the ticket counter inside the Visitors Center. For more information about the vouchers or school group pricing call (309) 675-0606.

Hours of Operation
The Caterpillar Visitors Center is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday with last ticket sale and entry at 3:30 p.m. Most guests spend 1 ½ - 2 hours during their visit.

The Visitors Center is closed on Sundays and holidays.

Directions
The Caterpillar Visitors Center is located at 110 SW Washington Street in downtown Peoria, Illinois, near the Caterpillar world headquarters at the corner of Main Street and Washington Street.

Parking
Numerous public parking lots are available in the downtown area, including metered parking along Water Street and Main Street, and at the Water Street lot near Joe's Crab Shack. Guests choosing to park in the adjacent parking garage must enter the facility through a controlled, handicap access door which must be opened by Caterpillar associates. Please press the intercom button for access.

Accessibility
The Caterpillar Visitors Center and parking garage are disabled accessible and meet ADA requirements.

Strollers and Mobility Scooters
Baby strollers, power chairs and mobility scooters are welcome in the Caterpillar Visitors Center.

Pet Policy
Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities and working dogs in training are permitted inside the Caterpillar Visitors Center.

Safety and Security
Please leave backpacks and packages at home, in your hotel, or in your car. Luggage, carry-on bags, large diaper bags and oversize backpacks are not allowed in the Caterpillar Visitors Center. For the safety of all our guests, all persons and bags are subject to reasonable search and security checks.

Food
There is no food or drink allowed in the Caterpillar Visitors Center. There are a number of conveniently located restaurants in downtown Peoria and along the Peoria Riverfront.

Shop Caterpillar
The Caterpillar Merchandise Store is located in the Caterpillar Visitors Center, but you do not need to purchase a ticket to shop. The Cat Merchandise Store is open Monday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
