Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) –
Environment, Industrial Health and Safety track
The LTDP - Environment, Industrial Health and Safety track will provide you the foundation for a rewarding career in the EHS community. This community includes professionals in environmental affairs, industrial hygiene, safety, sustainable development, ergonomics, and hazardous materials.
Track Overview
The LTDP - EHS track is a 12-month program with two challenging rotational assignments. You will spend 6 months within corporate EHS and 6 months in facility EHS. Assignments, based on business requirements as well as personal development needs, may include but are not limited to environmental affairs, industrial hygiene, safety, ergonomics, and hazardous materials.
Throughout your time in the program, you will foster your technical and leadership skills through integrated core and track specific training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a position within the EHS community for a two to three year assignment. Placement is determined by a combination of individual preference and business requirements.
Eligibility requirements:
- Minimum GPA: 2.8 on a 4.0 scale (no rounding)
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in (preferred, but not limited to): Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health and Human Factors/Ergonomics
- Degree from an accredited program or university
- Passion for leadership and technology
- Strong communication skills
- Team oriented
- Self starter
- Willing to relocate within the program and upon graduation
