Caterpillar Chairman and CEO Doug Oberhelman recently discussed economic opportunities in China with CNNMoney.com's Poppy Harlow. With 70% of the heavy equipment manufacturer's sales outside of the United States, Oberhelman says it makes good business sense to manufacture and assemble the majority of products where they are sold.
