Caterpillar Named Best Manufacturer To Work For In Brazil

Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) named Caterpillar Brasil the best manufacturer to work for in its latest list of the best companies to work for in Brazil.

Overall, more than 1,000 companies competed for this title.

In the general ranking, Caterpillar was ranked as the second best company to work for, behind Google, and received a special award for engaging and inspiring employees in the cultural practices category.

Caterpillar is the only company to be included among the five best companies to work for in Brazil for five years in a row.

It is the impartial environment and credibility associated with its employees' high pride and satisfaction rate that consistently put Caterpillar Brasil at the top of the list.
