Description
The Young Professionals of Caterpillar (YP of Caterpillar) employee resource group was created to engage, develop, and empower the global community of young professionals to drive the success of Caterpillar’s customers, stockholders, and employees. It is intended to improve or develop members’ professional skills, self-awareness and knowledge of Caterpillar, provide opportunities for members to become engaged in and impact local communities, expand members’ professional networks as well as build constructive peer and mentor relationships and empower members to actively support the enterprise strategy.
