Caterpillar^® manufacturing specialists have the opportunity to work in a variety of business units, such as operations, logistics, manufacturing engineering, assembly planning, purchasing and facility engineering. Our Manufacturing Professionals Development Program is a leadership career path that consists of three, one-year assignments. Caterpillar operations and manufacturing managers may also be placed directly into more traditional roles.
